Cave House
This is a simple house that comes with all modern accomodations. Due to its stone cave walls, the build maintains a natural feel and the spruce floors add a sense of class to the build. The living spaces all have a modern touch, adding to the quality of the bulid. The hidden front door makes this the perfect retreat, providing both scerenity and luxury.
Rustic Estate
With a warm, old-timey, hearth feel, this dark, but welcoming, six-room estate offers a suiting household for anyone, reguardless of what they do. The template design allows for customization on the walls (both interior and exterior). The setup pictured is the canon layout of the build, with one bedroom, a workshop, a library/study, a kitchen, a dining room, and a hearthside den across from the main hallway. It may not appear to be much from the outside, but on the inside, this build makes for an excellent home that's simple and flexible, but effective.
Modern Urban House
This high-quality modern house is designed for maximum use of minimum space. The house is one story tall and features a customizable backyard and sideyard (which can contain a deck, a small pool or hot tub, a grill/bar, etc.).
The inside of the build maximizes open concept, as it is all one room. The lighting is completely electrical and can be controlled by a single switch. The dining area features an open view and can seat up to 4 people and comes complete with a full kitchen. The workspace is fully customizable and closets are optional. The center of the room can be open or filled with sofas. The bedspace has enough room to feature an upscale queen-size bed.
